The place ia very spacious it ca easily fit 6 people. It’s easy to find and looks very well. The owner is very nice he even gave us avocados from the garden which were fantastic.

− It was very cold during the night. It doesn’t have AC only one radiator which we had to share between the 2 rooms. Also if the radiator was plugged in we could use any other electrical equipment as the power would colaps and had to be restarted.

The managing company was very responsive to all our questions and requests. The check-in was seamless and fairly easy, even though we encountered some issues, but they replied very quickly and helped us to get through. They let us check in ahead of the time indicated in the ad, and the house was spacious for all 5 of us. The bedrooms are of a good size, and the 3 full bathrooms helped us to coordinate very well and get ready in a timely fashion each morning before going out to discover the island. The mattresses and pillows were comfortable and the views are amazing. The owner, who lives downstairs, offered us avocados from the garden. He is a discreet presence around the property, taking care of the garden and chickens. The kitchen has all the appliances necessary for cooking breakfast or an uncomplicated dinner, and there is a washing and drying machine available in one of the bathrooms. The place is quiet, providing a good rest during the night. Parking the car was always easy on the street, even though the owner allowed us to park in the patio too.

− Despite the warm weather outdoors, the temperature inside the house was very low all the time (no more than 16-17º). There is no AC or any other heating system, and that made it rather uncomfortable, especially at night. We slept under all the covers we could find. The tiled floors in every bedroom don't help either in maintaining a warm environment. The electric capacity of the house is rather small, so if you connect the toaster, coffee machine, and microwave at the same time, the power would go off. That's kind of annoying, but manageable if you don't spend the entire time at home. The water pressure in the showers is low, and the hot water is only enough for 3 quick showers. We had to really organize ourselves so that everyone could shower.

Es una casa muy amplia y cómodo, con lo necesario para disfrutar de unos días, la ubicación es muy buena para lo que nosotros queríamos, la casa estaba limpia por dentro
