An sich schön, aber kalt und feucht.
5.0Die Lage des Appartements ist richtig gut. Man ist schnell an der Messe, und überall wo man hin möchte. Die Anbindung an den Nahverkehr ist prima.
− Leider hat die Heizung nicht richtig funktioniert. Es war unmöglich das Appartement angenehm warm zu bekommen. Vermutlich aus diesem Grund war auch etwas Schimmel an der Fensternische neben dem Bett.

8.0Everything was good . Service was good,the only thing I’d like to improve is microwave. I didn't notice during my search that there was no microwave, but that's a very important aspect for a rental, so I recommend adding this item to the apartment. All the rest is comfortable enough. We we satisfied.
Tolle Unterkunft im Herzen Berlins!
8.0Die Lage ist prima, sehr ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Schön dekoriert, alles vorhanden was notwendig ist. In den Betten (auch Ausziehcouch) haben wir sehr gut und bequem geschlafen.
− Ein Backblech und Backpapier fehlte uns, eine Glasplatte ist lose im Ofen.
Tolle Lage, aber noch viel Luft nach oben
6.0Die Lage, die Küche, tolles altes Haus aus dem 20. Jahrhundert
− Im Badezimmer gibt es zwar einen Föhn aber leider keine Steckdose, eine Kakerlake lief unter dem Bett her, das ganze Haus ist eine einzige Baustelle, Baulärm ab 07.00 Uhr und Blick auf den Innenhof mit großen Mülltonnen. Schade!
