Fantastic house. Very clean and comfortable and the lady opposite was very friendly

Good location, nice house, poor communication about facilities and local amenities.

Location nice, quiet area, garden secluded. Thank you for the tea and coffee but the milk in the fridge was out of date and had bits floating in it.

− No information as to which lock box I needed so I spent time thinking I had the wrong code and had to go back to emails to see. Silk duvet cover irritated my skin. No information about area and where to go for food to buy, eat out , taxi or takeaway. No information as how to work anything -- cooker, shower. No terrestrial tv and difficult to find info. Had to stream our own . Very poor!!! Told to park in lines where there were none and not warned of cherry tree and birds pooping so had to go to a car wash after the visit as my car was filthy!! All in all not up to expectation -- we use air B & B a lot and this was poor compared to others we have visited.

Very comfortable beds and a quiet location. Felt very safe.

− The insides of the kitchen cupboards weren't as clean as I would have hoped for.

Lovely house close to my son and family. Unfortunately no control over heating and cleaning could be better.

Excellent furniture and accessories.

− Cleaning could have been more thorough. There were no placemats for beautiful table. No plug for kitchen sink for washing dishes. The back garden grass was badly needing cut.

Great location for the hospital where I was getting surgery. Lounge area was lovely Free amenities were a lovely touch Quiet area was perfect for us Good value for money Main bedroom was very large, second bedroom was small but fine

− Could have been cleaner Some TLC in the garden having the grass cut etc would have been nice Heating system would go too low overnight and various times throughout the day, I live in a hot climate so I was freezing when it automatically adjusted to 12 degrees overnight and it was 2 degrees outside lol.
