Enough room for 8 of us. We had a great time.

− However, washer was broken which didn't allow us to wash bath towels (of which there were not enough for 8 people). Also didn't allow us to wash clothes or beach towels. Additionally, we were not allowed to get into the house until 4 pm. We were told, as late as the morning of our arrival that we could check in at 11. Apparently the house was rented at the last minute, for one night, to a family who had small children and they proceeded to destroy the house. Housekeeping was not able to have the house ready until 4 pm. For these reasons, I feel we should get some kind of a refund and the family that trashed the house the night before should never be allowed to rent from Booking.com again.

It was close to baycare ballpark. The open concept living room kitchen area was nice.

− Typically in Airbnb‘s and VRBO, most of your everyday needs are supplied, and I think they were a little short on that. The daily things you need from day-to-day for cooking as in salt and pepper, aluminum foil and wrap for your food that you have left over. an extra roll of paper towels. A box or 2 of tissues. We ran out of dish soap. The water pressure in the kitchen sink the showers and bathroom sinks was not very good. The hall bathroom tub did not drain. There was a weird smell in the one bedroom.

La résidence est très bien située dans un quartier calme, on a trouvé tous les équipements nécessaires pour notre séjour. Aussi Stéphanie était très sympa et très réactive à nos demandes. Merci Stéphanie, et on va retourner chez vous, sûrement et prochainement.

− Regardless of the size of my party the house was advertised as 4 bed 3 bathroom. When I arrived at the place one bedroom and one bathroom was closed off. Contacted the property manager and they went through a whole story of how I needed to contact whomever I booked through and add more ppl. I texted about the refrigerator not getting cool, I didn't get a response until hours later. The place was dirty. Luckily I came prepared with cleaning supplies. There was a dirty wash cloths from a previous guest in the shower. The floors were filthy, the couch was filthy. Seemed all the cleaning people do is barely sweep(NO MOPPING). The place is pet friendly I get it but it should not smell like animals when you walk in. Allowing animals should also come with carpet cleaning and furniture cleaning before new guest arrive. The place was not comfortable. There was a rat in the grill out back. This stay was the worst experience.
