Beautiful property, poor behavior

The place is pretty at least.

− Unfortunately our stay was completely overshadowed by serious issues with the property’s WiFi and the host’s unacceptable behavior. There was no working internet for most of our stay despite the listing clearly advertising WiFi, and we spent literally hours helping the host troubleshoot basic problems with their 5g mobile hotspots, even showing him how to share passwords on his own phone. We had to buy expensive mobile data just to keep working and had to practically beg get even a partial reimbursement. Instead of apologizing for the huge inconvenience, the host later sent us an inappropriate and frankly berating message complaining that we didn’t take the trash out, which was wildly out of line and in very poor taste. This was supposed to be a comfortable place for two people working remotely, but between the non-existent WiFi and the host’s unprofessional conduct, it fell far short. At this price point there is no excuse for this, and the host needs to remember that they are providing a service, and that their guests are paying them, not vice versa.
