− La réservation à été annulée par l établissement Le 7 août sans me prévenir. Booking ne m'a pas informé. Pas de suivi du remboursement.

1.0This is a scam the owner does not rent it out via Booking.com. The apartment is rented until the end of September, yet it still appears on Booking as available. The landlord is a fraudster who only takes money. The phone number is not the owner’s but the scammer’s. We reported this to Booking, yet the apartment is still listed for rent on their site. After we contacted Booking to say we had been scammed and wanted our money back, they said we would get a 50% refund. So do NOT book.

− Après avoir réservé et payé d’avance, le propriétaire ne répond pas au téléphone aux emails et à la dernière minute après avoir passé des heures dans le stress et au téléphone avec le service client Booking qui heureusement eux sont professionnels et structurés, le propriétaire envoi un simple message d’annulation de ma réservation pour raison de problèmes sanitaires sans aucune proposition de solution ou d’excuses pour la gêne occasionnée. Il faut éviter de louer des biens privés et payer d’avance sans avoir un premier contact avec le propriétaire. Ça me servira de leçon.
