María host fantastica! Prima della partenza ci ha mandato tantissimi suggerimenti di posti da visitare sull'isola e di locali/ristoranti, oltre a indicazioni puntuali e precise che riguardavano il nostro soggiorno. Sempre raggiungibile via whatsapp, l'ho contattata spesso anche durante il soggiorno per consigli/suggerimenti. L'appartamento molto spazioso, pulito, dotato di ogni accessorio, nonché attrezzature per la spiaggia, giochi per i bambini e giochi da tavolo. L'appartamento si trova a circa 5-10 minuti di auto dalle spiagge di Maspalomas. Sempre trovato parcheggio lungo la via sotto l'appartamento, nel giro di qualche metro dalla porta. Lì vicino ci sono negozietti, forno, farmacia, centro commerciale, trovandosi nei presso del centro del paese di El Tablero, ma consiglio l'auto, molto comoda per spostarsi in pochi minuti anche nelle spiagge vicine. Spettacolare vista sul Barranco

− Attenzione, l'appartamento si trova al secondo piano e si deve salire una scala strettina. L'unico split dell'aria condizionata è nella sala da pranzo, ci vuole un pochettino perché l'aria arrivi anche nelle camere. A tal proposito abbiamo trovato utile un piccolo ventilatore a colonna presente nell'appartamento.

Home away from home A lovely, clean, and spacious apartment, close to shopping opportunities and within easy reach of both the beach and the mountains. We had a fantastic three weeks stay at The Ravine House II, and we intend to spend another three weeks there next year. The rooftop terrace is a real gem, where you can enjoy the sun undisturbed from morning to evening. The apartment has all the necessary amenities for laundry, drying, and cooking. There are comfortable beds and effective blackout curtains to keep out the morning sun. The apartment also has a small collection of books in various languages, as well as games and toys for both children and adults. The bus stops right outside. We had a car available, and it's less than five minutes' drive to the highway (GC1) towards Las Palmas, or about 10 minutes to the beach in Maspalomas. There are also a couple of roads, just outside, leading up into the highlands (GC504 and GC604), where there are plenty of great opportunities for shorter or longer hikes, and where seldom cries of nature are the only disturbances from just being. We worked out three times a week while staying in El Tablero and chose the municipal sports hall, which was inexpensive and it had a decent selection of machines and weights—slightly worn, but perfectly fine. There are other fitness opportunities in the town Thank you, María, and thank you, Miki, for making us feel so welcome. We’re already looking forward to next year :o)

Perfect base if you visit the area

It’s very spacious apartment and very different from the hotel in playa de Inglés. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed the facilities very much. Bus stop is around the corner. The host Maria communicates well. The check-in is very easy. She shared the local restaurant/cafe info which is handy.

Totul a fost la superlativ. Personalul a fost receptiv si sustinator. Apartamentul este situat perfect intr-o locatie superba si dotat cu toate cele necesare.

La terraza y la ubicación. Fácil aparcamiento y acceso autopista. Tiendas y bares cercanos son necesidad de coger coche. Toallas de playa y sombrilla. Juegos de mesa disponibles y aire acondicionado. Tranquilo, sin ruidos. Muy amables y con muchas recomendaciones útiles para visitar la isla.

− No hay lavavajillas. Poca presión de agua en ducha. Mobiliario muy antiguo. Colchón incómodos. Sin armario en habitación, solo cajoneras.
