− Outdoor furniture is very dated. Needs to be replaced.
Fantastic view across the road from one of the best beaches in Queensland.
9.0The location is excellent. Walking distance to everything you’d need. The view is in paralleled. The large deck is an awesome place to have your morning coffee. The sun comes up on that side of the building.
− The second bedroom is not air conditioned. Making it uncomfortably hot.

− I didn’t like the cooking utensils.. eg pans and electric pans… they were poor quality and no good to cook with…also would greatly benefit the place to put a small Bbq out on the deck to save cooking inside with the smoke. Ect…
