Terrible experience! Unprofessional and completely irresponsible.
1.0− I am extremely frustrated with this place. I explicitly requested NO room cleaning, yet the staff still entered my room without permission and broke my personal belongings. I immediately contacted the manager to resolve the issue, but they completely ignored me—no apology, no response whatsoever. Zero respect for guest privacy and property. I will never stay here again!
