7.0The apartment is well equipped.
− In some places, it requires repairs (for example, one of the bathrooms doesn’t work) and cleaning (lots of dust balls). It’s a 20-minute walk to the train station and about 25 minutes to the nearest supermarket (Lidl). It was difficult to get into the apartment the first time: the front door opens with a key, which we, of course, didn’t have (it was stated that there was “SMART access,” but that turned out not to be true). We arrived at the scheduled time and had to stand outside in the cold for an hour with a child, calling the number listed on booking.com — with no result. Luckily, someone was leaving, and we managed to get inside. All my attempts to contact the host (or manager) remained unanswered... I didn’t get a single reply for 5 days! The neighborhood where the apartment is located has a large number of immigrants from Turkey, Romania, Syria, and similar countries.
