9.0Posizione, servizi, posto auto sempre all'ombra e comodo per evitare lo stress della ricerca del parcheggio. Appartamento ben isolato acusticamente, ordinato e pulito.
− La quantità di stoviglie è scarsa. Per esserci la lavastoviglie sarebbe meglio in un'ottica di ottimizzazione dei consumi avere almeno le posate per pranzo e cena (ad esempio per 4 persone 8 piatti 8 forchette etc). 2 delle tazze fornite non erano adatte al microonde Mancava un pentolino di piccole dimensioni per fare bollire l'acqua o il latte

− There is a bar just under your balcony and these folks literary run a private disco every night on 70 Db and scream all their songs till 2 am. Not something to appreciate on vacation in an apartment that has no soundproofing and not a strong airconditioning

7.0Appartamento pulito e fronte mare
− L’appartamento ha due problemi: l’insonorizzazione della finestra della camera che lascia passare tutto il rumore serale e la mancanza di persiane o tapparelle. Sono presenti solo delle veneziane che oscurano pochissimo e quindi alle 5 del mattino in camera c’è piena luce. Inoltre queste veneziane sono automatizzate ma funzionano male, noi non riuscivamo ad abbassare quelle della zona giorno.
