10.0Lovely little house, great value for money, comfortable warm and close to the hospital, so no additional carpark costs and walking distance to the restaurants.
− Nothing not to like tbh. If someone could organise more sun please :)
Was a nice property
7.0Reasonably priced stay
− Having to put a £200 credit card deposit incase of damages

8.0Close to Darlington Town House was clean Comfortable Beds Everything i needed in the property to cook and wash. The property owner kept in contact with me always, making sure we were fine. Quick response from them when messaging them.
− Front garden could do with a tidy up. Small bedroom could do with a clothes rail in the small cupboard to hang clothes.

Terrible vendors in a very basic accommodation.
1.0Basic but cheap.
− I booked 3 weeks in December until January to be close to my kids for Xmas. On arrival the house was damp and had paint flaking of the walls, no toilet roll, and the boiler wasn’t working which made the house freezing. The bed sheets and bed where damp, there was condensation on the handles of the doors, so I reported this to the vendors. A day later a handy man arrived and got the boiler working for 20 mins only. I then sent the vendors another message to say the boiler had broken again, they failed to respond for 6 days before arranging the handy man to come back. In total I spent 10 days in a damp freezing cold house under a duvet with no channels on the tv as it had no terrestrial TV. Late December the handy man disconnected the servo to the boiler and I had heat. This property requires a £200 deposit upfront, and I already felt it was so cheap that my deposit felt insecure, I wasn’t wrong, they accused me of causing the damp paint to flake of a wall in the dining area, and also soiling the duvet I used to keep warm, no surprise they have refused to return my deposit to I’ve filed a complaint with booking.com. This is the real bad side of using some vendors off booking.com, they pump up their fees by lying about damage to keep your deposit. Not only did they know I had no heating for ten days in the middle of winter, they lied to keep my deposit too, I will update this once I’ve heard from booking.com and the action they will take. Avoid this place, not because of the place, because the vendors are unscrupulous and I guarantee this isn’t the first time.
