8.0Very quiet nice place, very close to Tesco. Everything was nice and clean. About 50 minutes walk to the city centre.

6.0Nice, quiet location, house clean and modern, with parking and small garden, in new-build estate 3 miles from centre. Landlord friendly and helpful on phone.
− Keycode sent was not accurate so couldn't get in and had to message landlord. Fortunately he phoned back quickly. No toilet rolls in the house, necessitating more messaging and arrangements. Advertised with free wifi but there was no wifi at all. That feels a bit mean and penny-pinching in this day and age.

6.0The house needs a lot of improvement. The furniture is in bad condition (dirty leather couch). Stained carpet. The place doesn't feel clean in general. There is the bare minimum for a short stay.

Comfortable basic accommodation
6.0Comfortable, met our needs as a base to sleep with fresh bedding and towels. Unfortunately not very clean - think the cleaner had forgotten to hoover or dust! Have stayed in better for less but it was OK for what we needed.
