− Not enough cutlery, tumblers,, no tea towels, no oven gloves, no chopping board, blunt knives, dirty utensils, Floor was not clean. No coffee maker as per on the facilities list. Stale coffee left in jar, no tea bags, nothing to welcome us as guests apart from cheap toothbrush and toothpaste. One fan in a heat wave. Requested a travel cot and it was a next to me crib which is only suitable for 6 months and under babies and it had a stained mattress. The wardrobe door hung off looking like it was going to tip over. The single bedroom is not a bedroom it is part of the double master suite. The water temperature was terrible only boiling hot not cold. Behind the beds covered in dirt and cobwebs and no easy access plugs by the beds for charging phones. Random stuff in the kitchen cupboard that was not useful like a gold box with nothing in it. Pots and pans looked very worse for wear and the non stick coating was all scraped off which is a health hazard. Absolutely ripped off for the money I paid for my wedding party. The facilities listing was not clear and felt completely mugged.

10.0The location of this property is stunning. Really nice and quiet with lots of space for children to play in and lovely woodland for walks. Everything is provided, starting with the kitchen and finishing with the personal hygiene such as shampoos, one time toothbrush and many more. There was lots of entertainment facilities for both children and adults to enjoy. The host was really responsive and helpful. We all had an amazing time and enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend staying here as you won't be disappointed.
