location was good and the facilities overall were satisfactory

− The house was not cleaned well before our arrival. All the windows were grubby, the house was run down and especially notable as we had stayed here 5 years earlier. The overall maintenance and presentation was shabby, old broken toys on the deck, old broken and stained outdoor chairs, indoor dining chairs need replacing, stained rug on the living room floor, not throughly cleaned with items and dirt under the beds and around the skirting, behind furniture, kitchen equipment old and kettle not working well, TV not usable for the streaming service. In cupboards things has been tossed in and were not organised or cleaned properly. We contacted the agent who came to inspect and agreed that it was not up to standard but didn't provide us with the feedback we asked for. Sent another message about the TV not working but did not hear back.
