Very disappointed with poor response from owner wrt concerns.
5.0Near the beach and the airport
− 1 bathroom was not functional, functional bathroom was in the bedroom therefore we had to go into the bedroom where people were sleeping at night. Owner did not compensate for facility not having 2 functional toilets, told me ‘ I am unlucky’. 1/2 roll of toilet paper supplied by facility for 4 people for a 1 night stay. The bed in the loft had sand on the pillow and sheets. Property manager/ owner was not sympathetic to concerns addressed nor willing to compensate for facility not being as advertised. Not in the best area- garbage on the beach and streets.

10.0Small but super quite , clean , tidy and has all the features listed as well fully equipped, the host is just a wonderful,trustworthy and so so naive and polite ( I have not seen someone as kind for such a long time)

10.0EVERYTHING!!!! I would gatekeep the property to myself for my quick getaways but the host went above and beyond for someone who only stayed for one night.

Wonder rest apartment at Rome
10.0The apartment is gorgeous, spacious and super clean. Gaia, the host is wonderful. She waited for us and explained every detail from the apartment. She was super friendly and gave us lots of information. She recommended us an amazing restaurant in the beach, right next to the apartment that ended up being the best food we had in Rome during our entire stay! The apartment is full of special details that show how much love she put in her rentals. The beds were super comfortable and the sheets smelled amazing 😍. We had soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar and more. We are definitely coming back!
