Magnificent and enjoyed. 3rd Trip
9.0enjoy the facilities - pool table, games, table tennis, aracade. Great views of the barwon river
− if you can the neighbour to cut down one branch of their tree so you can see the whole beach - river

Lots of extras to enjoy at the house to make for fun family time
7.0Comfortable house with great games room bar area, 2 living rooms made it really spacious for 2 families. We were able to use the fireplaces at night which was lovely as well.
− no responses to request when using booking.com message but once had mobile of host this improved.
