9.0posizione ottima tra civitanova marche e porto sant'elpidio, in mezzo alla natura e con una vista spettacolare. Il casale è stato ristrutturato da poco in modo moderno. L'appartamento ci è piaciuto molto.
− la parte esterna potrebbe essere resa più sfruttabile con mobili da giardino e tende per poter sfruttare anche il giardino e vivere anche la parte esterna

− I piccoli dettagli tipo la tenda oscurante sulla porta d'entrata che era assente solo sul nostro appuntamento e quindi quando passava altra gente ci guardava dentro.
