9.0The host was very accommodating. Despite my late check in, everything I needed for my stay was ready. Excellent service
It’s a one room conversion. Very compact. Small double bed ( which was surprisingly comfortable) small wardrobe small l
7.0Location. ( Not too far from Silverstone race track.
− Very basic but for the price can’t argue.

− Couldn’t get any channels on the freeview tv, even though there was an arial cable plugged into to it.

8.0Exceptionally clean. Room is a converted garage, so separate from the main house. Helpful host, not at all intrusive.
− I only discovered there was a remote control to dim the very bright LED light in the morning. It would have been helpful to have been told about this. Milton Keynes is what it is - I would never visit it, but it was a useful stopover for me. For my taste, the mattress was too soft - not ridiculously so, and plenty might like it. Yh

10.0The room was a good size, having a fridge and Microwave is always bonus. The bathroom was really well finished. The host was lovely, can't recommend this place highly enough. I would 100% book again.
