− Small rooms. Didnt give us the room we payed extra for. We got no windows and no view even though we payed for it.

9.0The location is very good for various main attractions - Notre Dame, War Remnants Museum, Independence Palace and more. The decor and layout were excellent and staff were very helpful. And the afternoon tea was a wonderful touch.
− The shower temperature and pressure were erratic. Also, we had 2 rooms, and one had the "expected" European style 2 pin plug socket and the other had multi national sockets that could accommodate 2 and 3 pin plugs (like UK style) - strange that all rooms couldn't have the multi national sockets
