7.0− Le attrezzature della cucina sono un po’ scarse, a disposizione soltanto una padella e una pentola e nemmeno una macchina del caffè. Il bagno si allaga quando ci si fa la doccia.
A place that truly feels like home
10.0We had a fantastic stay at Rouchotas Studios by Viktor 1st Floor and would gladly stay here again. The apartment was exceptionally clean. Housekeeping was done every day, and every time we came back, the room felt fresh, spotless, and welcoming. Having a washing machine in the apartment was also a huge advantage, especially for a family staying in the middle of a longer road trip. The location could not have been better. Everything was within walking distance, including good restaurants and shops. It is also directly opposite the port and the main bus stop, making it very convenient for exploring Kefalonia. What truly makes this place special, however, is its wonderful owners, Chara and Viktor. They are genuinely kind, warm, and always smiling. During our stay, my husband experienced a minor health issue, and they went above and beyond to support us. Even late at night, they kept checking on us and asking if there was anything they could do to help. Their kindness and care meant so much to us, and we are sincerely grateful. As a Turkish family living in Italy, we travel to Greece quite often, and we can honestly say that this was one of the most memorable places we have stayed. We will definitely come back—next time for an even longer stay. Thank you, Chara and Viktor, for your incredible hospitality. We hope to see you again soon!

10.0La signora Chara gentilissima. Siamo arrivati la sera dopo le 23. Ci ha fatto trovare acqua e biscotti e snack per la colazione. Ci ha dato indicazioni per tour e luoghi dove fare colazione. Posizione comodissima di fronte al Ferry per Lixouri, punto di incontro dei tour e per muoversi a piedi la sera. Inoltre pulizia della camera giornaliera e davvero impeccabile! Torneremo senz'altro.

8.0La posizione è ideale per girare Argostoli a piedi e l'isola in auto. Il prezzo è ottimo rispetto allo standard della zona. La stanza, pur non presentando un arredamento moderno, ha un condizionatore nuovo ed è stata pulita tutti i giorni. Si trova facilmente parcheggio in zona.
− La doccia è aperta su un lato, non ha né una porta, né una tenda che possa impedire la fuoriuscita di acqua dal box.
