− Virkelig koldt i stuen og især køkkenet, som havde utætte vinduer og en radiator som ikke blev varm. Meget svag vandtryk ved det varme vand i bruseren på badeværelset.
Ok om man ikke har høy standard
7.0Fin beliggenhet i sentrum med gangavstand til butikk og restauranter. Parkering foran bygget
− Kombinasjon av nyere oppusset rom og veldig gammel standard på noen rom. Gammelt bad, dårlig trykk i dusjen, mest kaldt vann. Varmekablene fungerte ikke. Radiatorene fungerte heller ikke godt så det var kaldt. Flekkete vegg til veggteppe i gangen. Fikk aldri svar på utleier om vanntrykk etc var fikset før ankomst
