8.0Only 15 minutes from event we were attending. Plenty of space in lounge, WiFi good. Very clean sheets and towels. Immediate help if needed via e-mail etc.
− Need to shut windows if unused to traffic noise

9.0Perfect location for where we needed to be. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend stay. The house was modern and lovely.
− There was a few cobwebs and dust in places unfortunately. The double bed was on the small side so was a struggle at times for 2 to sleep.

− The house was unclean and unacceptable to stay in. We requested a refund as we had to source alternative accommodation. But were refused. The property we were told we were booked into was already occupied so we had to go to another one.
