10.0Wonderful and stylish property, secure underground parking for my motorcycle, great central location, an excellent and very responsive host! Welcome pack of breakfast items and Prosecco was outstanding.

9.0Posizione ottima della struttura, vicinissimo al centro, ma zona tranquilla con comodo parcheggio interno, check in e checkout in autonomia. Appartamento al secondo piano con vista sullo splendido cortile interno. Ampi spazi, arredo funzionale e di carattere, letto comodo e anche il divano tutto sommato. Graditissimo il cestino di benvenuto e le bevande in frigo, presente tutto il necessario per la colazione o per preparare eventuali pasti

Ein Traum in Asti!
10.0Das Appartement ist sehr schön eingerichtet, ziemlich groß und modern geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ruhig. Die Lage erscheint zuerst etwas runtergekommen, ist aber phantastisch und zentral. Man erreicht viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants in circa 10 Minuten zu Fuß! Der Hinterhof ist wunderschön und man kann auf dem Balkon frühstücken.Es gibt eine Tiefgarage wo das Auto kühl und geschützt steht. Im Appartement selbst fehlt es an nichts, allerdings sind 2 Platten zum kochen herausfordernd. Wir haben unser Frühstück selbst gemacht, sodass wir die Platten genutzt haben. Eine Bar befindet sich aber nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Restaurants in Asti sind so gut, da möchte man selbst nicht kochen ;-). Außerdem hat wir sofort Unterstützung durch den Mitarbeiter vor Ort und die organisatorische Mitarbeiterin war auch sofort erreichbar..
− Die Klimaanlage hat das Schlafzimmer nur mäßig gekühlt, allerdings haben wir die Fenster nachts geöffnet und die kühle Luft reingelassen.

Una “chicca” nel cuore di Asti!
10.0Ilenia, host della struttura, è stata impeccabile nelle comunicazioni e sempre tempestiva nelle risposte anche se non c’è mai stato un incontro! Noi siamo andate per visitare i mercatini di Natale e l’appartamento è vicinissimo al centro, dotato di tutto il necessario e soprattutto con parcheggio coperto! La sig.ra Ilenia inoltre, si è dimostrata estremamente disponibile nel venirci incontro per alcune rischieste! Grazie infinite e consigliamo vivamente di alloggiare presso questa strutttura che è davvero una chicca!
