9.0The location was great! There aren't any homes facing you. We really loved that. We really enjoyed the privacy of the backyard. The beds were comfortable. Loved the openness with the dining room going out unto the patio so you could run in out to cook out on the gas grill. There was plenty of room to have our family over for dinner. (9 of us) We had great communication with owners. They were very patient with our problem with the spa. We would rent this home again. We can't wait until next time because it's so close to everything. Restaurants, grocery stores, Walmart, beaches, and not far from Sarasota, Port Charlotte, and Fort Meyers.
− The app for the spa. We've never done an app for a pool/spa. Once you get used to it, it's not so bad. Someone who has done an app for a pool/spa will have no problem with it.
