− The area doesn't look great but this didn't affect us at all. Great location for otley run and access to city centre. Could do with a decent WiFi Fibre connection. We were going to watch the boxing on a tablet but speeds on WiFi were too poor.

− Beds were a bit lumpy but didn't matter for a night. Steep stairs.
Reasonably priced and would recommend this place to anyone.
7.0Easy to find and the place was clean and comfortable.
− My only issues was the bed on the 1st floor. It was a metal frame bed and kept making noise every time you moved. Apart from that, we enjoyed our stay.
