10.0Tesis evimiz oldu diyebilirim. Doğanın kucağında, huzurlu, sakin, dingin bir konumda. Ev sahibi stavros bey ve görevli bayan zoi nazik ve her daim yardımcı oldular. Evde atıştırmalıklar (filtre kahve, nescafe, su, kruvasan, meyve suyu, uzo, dondurma, vd) bize sürpriz oldu. Bir evde olması gereken herşey vardı. Ortam ve ev beklentilerimizin üzerindeydi. Sadece bu ev ve lokasyon için tekrar gitmeyi düşünüyoruz. Şunu da ilave etmeliyim: hem adada hem de skala skemineasta kalan yerliler çok nazik, cana yakın insanlardı.

9.0Location, views, privacy,peacefulness with sounds of nature, house and cooking facilities, beautiful and large veranda, with sun all day,plenty of shade covering if required.Large outside area in front of house, with olive trees to the rear. Adequate lighting outside property only, for nighttime return. WiFi good and without any problems. Did have moble phone connection, although check your not connected to Turkey. TV,very good reception for Greece stations.only..20 minutes walk to port, take the coast path,signposted,before the beach,turn right ,by largebin.when you meet the tarmac. 100 metres to sign. Good hiking area, A small grocery shop at the port,for chilled, frozen food, tinned food,drinks etc,10am-10pm.also a bakery opposite. A small selection of restaurants. and shops.
− One change of towels and sheets, no cleaning over 17days. It was not made clear on booking, what the charge for housekeeping was for. There was a variaty of cleaning products and mops etc,so, I used those . Owner, although, always contactable,polite, and with immediate reply to questions,via Booking.com, was not living locally. There is a lady (Zoi),locally, who oversees the house and is contactable. Top portion of house, with 2 bedrooms was available ,lower portion with washing machine and living area was accessible. another living area at the end, by the stairs, was not.

10.0Die Lage ist sehr schön. Es ist außerordentlich ruhig. Man kann das Meer sehen und auch hören. Zwischen den Olivenbäumen ist es sehr angenehm.

10.0De locatie. Het uitzicht is geweldig. De stilte is oorverdovend. Je loopt in 20 minuten naar Skala Sykamineas Ook de faciliteiten en de ruimte in en om het huis overtroffen onze verwachtingen.

10.0My partner and I were welcomed with great hospitality. The location and facilities of the house were great. Our host was a true gentleman and was in constant communication with us. Ms. Zoe also helped us a lot. Much love to both of them.Highly recommend for the Mediterranean lovers

10.0Evin içinde lazım olabilecek her şey düşünülmüş. Arabayla 3 dakikada varacağınız Kaya plajı çok güzel, ama kendiniz şezlong getirmelisiniz.
