10.0קודם כל השירות של יגאל שעזר בהכל והיה זמין לכל שאלה ובקשה טרם ההגעה ובמיוחד בסיום החופשה כאשר הגיע במיוחד לחדר כאשר שכחתי בךאת. התפילין שלי כאשר עזבתי את הדירה ,הדירה מהממת מתאימה בקלות לזוג +2 (גם מתבגרים) ונקיה נותן תחושה של בית ,יש במטבח כל מה שצריך מקרר,תנור כיריים,אני בטוח יחזור וימליץ גם לחבריי
