Buen apartamento con poco mantenimiento
5.0Espacioso, bien ubicado cerca del transporte de Guipúzcoa y del museo del tres, centrico
− La limpieza, el hornoestaba muy sucio tenía papel de horno con restos. El frigorífico regular, la taza del WC sucia con restos negros. Muchos botes totalmente vacíos de gel champú en la cocina tb de aceite especias ( no lo entendí) No había dispensador de gel solo pequeños trocitos de pastillitas de jabón de hotel ya usados, tampoco alfombrilla para salir del baño. Las sábanas eran blancas de un algodón grueso, duro ( de un ajuar de los años 50). Las sobras de otros clientes no son detalles de cortesía. El parking es imposible yo no lo usé pero se aparca bien fuera. El chico era amable pero invierte poco dinero y tiempo y yo pagué por otra cosa

9.0Muy céntrico. Piso amplio totalmente equipado. Es estar como en casa. El dueño muy agradable. El parking, aunque hay que hacer alguna maniobra, está bastante bien.
