7.0Bed was very comfortable. Close to the mall and other attractions. Very safe and complete amenities.
− Had trouble reaching the host with phone number provided at booking.com.. There was a power outage during our stay and construction was going on either next room or above floor which make it hard to sleep during the afternoon.

8.0This accommodation is located on the 23rd floor (if I recall correctly), offering a fantastic view of the city. The unit is well-maintained, clean, and complete with facilities, making it comfortable for both sleeping and cooking—perfect if you want to save on meals. Its proximity to SM Mall and other destinations in the city proper adds to its convenience, making it an excellent choice for travelers. What’s more, this is an SM Residences condominium, ensuring a good standard of safety and cleanliness. During our stay in November, the property still felt new and well cared for, adding to the overall pleasant experience. This is definitely a great place to consider for your visit.

− there was power black out within the area and there was no AC . we asked to provide us Fan but there was none.There was only a small size table fan..generator was noisy so we can't open the windows..No lightning also inside the toilet.they wanted to give refund but it was midnight already
