− At the time of the booking, I requested parking for 2 cars and this was non-negotiable. The owner replied 3 days later and told me that there was allocated parking for one car and that the second car could park on a nearby street. I arrived on Sunday afternoon to find that the nearby street is a small residential area with no available parking. I drove around several other streets only to find no parking either. I contacted the owner, no reply - so I did not check in. I had to find alternative accommodation for 3 nights late on Sunday. The owner replied on Monday morning. I complained to booking.com on Sunday afternoon requesting a full refund. It's Thursday morning, and no one has satisfactorily dealt with my query. I have used booking.com for years. Absolutely shocking service.
Very comfortable apartment for a relaxing stay.
10.0Great location with views of the canal . Quiet as the walkway next to the canal was pedestrian only. Parking facility was good and overall security of the building was excellent. Apartment was comfortable and well equipped. Information provided by the host was good.

− Sadly Ashton has been let down by his cleaners. I have stayed here a few times and it has always been very clean. This time I feel the cleaners don't seem to care too much. I did message Ashton separately to let him know but to date I have not received a response which is unusual. Having said this I would stay again in the hope the cleaners have a little more attention to detail.
