1. Spacious Apartment • The apartment is spacious and located on the first floor, making it comfortable for families. 2. Excellent Sea View • There is a beautiful sea view from all rooms, which is one of the best aspects of the apartment. 3. Comfortable Master Bedroom • The master bedroom is cozy and comfortable, making it the most pleasant room in the apartment. 4. Well-Maintained Kitchen • The kitchen is reasonably well kept and functional for basic cooking. 5. Helpful Caretaker • The caretaker Um Yasin made genuine efforts to help with whatever was possible from her side. • She tried her best to arrange and fix things within her capacity. She arranged a room heater , iron and hair dryer from her house.

− 1. Unsafe Bathroom Condition • The bathrooms are very old and partially broken with sharp edges. • Shower areas are slippery and unsafe. • There is a risk of serious injury if someone slips, especially dangerous for children. 2. No Proper Clothes Drying Arrangement • There is no proper place inside the apartment to dry clothes after washing. • The drying rack is placed outside the kitchen window. • Alexandria is very windy, so clothes can easily blow away to the street or neighbouring buildings. • We often had to dry clothes on balcony furniture, which is not ideal. 3. Delayed Hot Water in Kitchen • Hot water in the kitchen was fixed only on the fifth day of our stay. 4. Poor Heating in Winter • Only the master bedroom has a heating function through the AC. • Other rooms do not have heating. • Windows in the apartment have significant gaps between glass doors and windows. They are not properly sealed. • Cold wind enters the apartment through the gap, wind sets the curtains flying all over, making it very difficult to keep the rooms warm in winter. • This can be quite uncomfortable for travellers visiting Alexandria during colder months. 5. Limited Kitchen Utensils • Kitchen utensils are extremely limited. • Only two plates, a few cups and saucers, and minimal cooking items were available. • This is not practical for longer stays. 6. Not Suitable for Larger Groups • The apartment can accommodate up to 8 people, but the kitchen equipment and utensils are insufficient. • It is not suitable for groups who plan to cook and eat regularly in the apartment. 7. there is no service provided for cleaning the apartment. i was ready to pay for the daily cleaning of bathrooms and and kitchen. but they simply refused any cleaning service. I had to book a cleaning agency from the city through the internet. Though it was very expensive, it cost 800 EGP each time I called them.
