− Bara 3 stolar. 1nyckel som behövs för att ta sig in. Brant backe så många taxi/tuktuk kör inte upp.

7.01. location 2. good view from the balcony (6 floor) and pool in the same floor 3. good cleaning service and staff of Lofty company.
− 1. everything is old. sofas must be changed! it is dangerous if you decide to sit down fast) 2. 4 cups and 3 glasses for a 2 bedroom apartment. poor utensils. 3. Dirty pool in the 1 floor. sometimes dirty pool in the 6 floor and it is small. not enough for all citizens, because of not usable big one on the first floor

3.0− This is not holiday accommodation. There was so many issues, starting with the check-in process and being told we had to pay extra for electricity, even though they couldn't show my where this is stated in the booking terms and conditions. The spa which I had seen pictures of had a broken plug and leaked all over the balcony, causing a hazard. When I told management there was no apology, fixing or reimbursement instead we where just told "it's out of order". We asked where to put rubbish but couldn't find the place, meaning we had to keep the weeks rubbish (which was alot) in the kitchen getting smelly and in the way. Lots of things were missing or broken such as the shower head, not enough drinking glasses for all guests, leaking shower door, no hooks for all bath towels, and not enough dinning chairs for all four of us meaning we had to sit and eat on the floor to be together. These were just some of the issues. This didn't feel like holiday accommodation, instead I felt they were just wanting to take money and not provide. NOT Recommended
