All in all ok for a short stay. Cleanliness could have been a lot better.

The room is ok for a short stay. Passable. Location is strategic, a lot of eateries below.

− The entire floor was sticky and did not feel clean enough - needless to say everything else was just ok.. The bathroom door was not maintained. Toilet roll given for kitchen area, placed on top of the microwave, which should have been a kitchen roll or a box of face tissue at least.

Poor communication and unprofessional handling of reservations. Very disappointing experience.

I’m very disappointed with the management of this property. My booking was cancelled without any prior notice. The booking clearly stated that payment could be made at the property, yet they attempted to charge my card before the check-in time. When the payment did not go through, they cancelled my reservation without informing me. This caused significant inconvenience, especially as I was expecting the booking to remain valid until check-in. Better communication and transparency regarding payment policies would have helped avoid this situation. I hope the management reviews their process to prevent similar issues for future guests.

Aircond cool. Got Netflix and 2 double beds. Got coin laundry at ground floor but need to drive there la

− Difficulty during check in-difficult to find the location. Need to pay directly to owner bank account number instead of via booking. com platform (feel insecure).The admin also not very polite. Very old apartment, bathroom not very clean and with poor ventilation system. Even the towel was dirty. Wall not so sound proof. Can hear people's voice in the midnight. Need to wait quite long time just for the lift to stop at your floor.Beds not so comfortable.

Good, will repeat again.

The location, the access to the city, waterpark, highway. Food ofc need to find elsewhere outside of cyberjaya bcs its quite pricey. So we can go to shah alam, or anywhere else for food bcs it very near to highway.

− Everything was fine and good, but when we first enter the bathroom, there was this one not a very good smell. I just find it disturbing a bit. But we found a freshener, so we sprayed all over the place.
