The worst experience considering how much we paid. The only good thing was the convenient location.

− The wifi did not work at all times even after they claimed to have fixed the issue. The shower drained was completely clogged and the washroom was flooded every time we would turn the shower on as the water would not go down.

− 1. I don't like the landlord. There is a parking space at the door of the house. I just asked, and he immediately drove his car to the door and said that if I need to park, I need to pay extra. Two days later, he said that my car was parked outside. You monitor me every day, how could you not know that it is not my car? 2. The bed moves and the sheets smell.

I wouldn't stay here again as I felt my doing so was an inconvenience to the owners.
5.0The owner's, I believe daughter, kindly helped me out to unlock the door as an 'alarm' went off with my not being able to access the room.
− I went through our messages on Booking.com and couldn't find one with the key code for entry. I therefore sent a WhatsApp message on my day of arrival around 11am asking to be sent it. I had to message again to ask around 4pm. around 5pm the owner replied they'd messaged it on booking.com, which yes, they had, but not until AFTER I chased. I'm sorry but I just felt overall, other than the kind daughter, communication was not customer friendly, it felt as though I were being treated as though I'm stupid!
