10.0I liked the location that is close enough to Agios Nikolaos and far away from the "busy" areas of the island . it gave us the quiet we needed. the all inclusive experience was quite good. food could have been better. the pool and the private beach were top notch. the kids enjoyed very much. Iiked the snack bar in the beach and the beach bar.
− I didn't like that people put their towels very early in the morning you got down to the pool and there's no place to sit even though the pool is almost empty. apparently you need 7 nights in order to get a reservation for 2 of the hotel restaurants which was never mentioned when we booked the hotel. also the bar after 23:00 is no more all inclusive. the food in the main restaurant was very average very limited meat selection - food could have been better.

10.0− For decades I didn't visit an all-inclusive hotel, but this was worth it. Very easy to get drinks, different restaurants and everywhere good and tasty food. We had a private small swimming pool, but the big public pool was very nice as well, and the beach also super easy to reach via a lift and a short tunnel. The beach had also a bar of the hotel, and it is well ocated in a rather protected bay behind a little hill.

− Kleine puntjes, zoals wachten op de taxi. Dat gebeurd bij de parkeerplaats , kan beter als er een wachtplekje is.

10.0מלון יפה. חדר (סופריור) עם נוף- מרווח ונעים והמרפסת לים היא בונוס נהדר. הזריחות יפות:) הקירבה לים מצוינת, יש ירידה נוחה לחוף, עם כמה מדרגות אבל יש גם מעלית. החוף עם כסאות שיזוף, שמשיות, בר שתיה קלה וקוקטיילים. האוכל מוגש בשפע, קיבלנו שירות יעיל ומצוין, עם חיוך, בחדר האוכל. המסעדה האיטלקית במלון (בהזמנה מיוחדת מראש) טובה מאוד, אווירה יוקרתית והשירות מושלם. תודה לשף. מבחינת מיקום- מתאים לנופש רגוע של כמה ימים. נמצא באזור שקט. העיר הקרובה דורשת נסיעה קצרה ברכב/ מונית/ אוטובוס. כמעט שעה נסיעה להרקליון/ שדה התעופה. נהנינו מהרעיון של הכל כלול, ובסה״כ מומלץ.
− יש במלון ספא יפה אבל בתשלום. הטיפולים יקרים. חבל שלא מאפשרים כניסה ושימוש במתקני לספא למי שמזמין טיפול. זה בהחלט היה משדרג את החוויה. בחדר- העיצוב של המקלחת פחות ידידותי לטעמנו. מעדיפים חדר אמבטיה/מקלחת שיש בו כיור, מקום לכלי רחצה וכו׳. אבל הסתדרנו..
