− Prior to our arrival I required to send a photo of myself! WHY? Plus to fill out a form and obey the rules and regulations of the property, if I had know that I required to send a photo of myself and fill out a form and accept terms and conditions I would not have booked this property. this should be mentioned on the booking.com site before making payment. We stayed at another self catering property at another location in Scotland, and no such photos or completing a form were required. We also had an issue with someone else in another room banging doors late at night some someone had not read the house rules.

10.0Staff were really helpful, very good communication. Shower was lovely and plenty hot water. Good choice of teas. Bed was soo comfy.

Lovely accommodation, we’d stay here again in future
7.0Immaculately clean, very comfortable bed, great coffee machine. Great location on the high street, if you stay here definitely check out Delivino, an Italian restaurant a few minutes away.
− A shelf in the bathroom is angled down and our toiletries therefore slipped off, but we flagged this to the hosts and they thanked us and said they will fix this. There was a little noise from the electronic locks beeping and some TV noise from other rooms, but not too bad, we would stay here again.
We were eating in the local restaurant for my wife’s 70th birthday and this apartment was across the road.
9.0The apartment was very clean, light, easy access, parking.
− Had an issue with the heating not being on but the owners responded immediately and this was sorted.
Front door hinges need oiled and noise from key pad disturbs guest ground floor. Rest of stay great.

9.0Nice clean room easy check in parking
− The shower cubicle was very small only just big enough to turn round in and I’m not a big person, Also the shower kept going to boiling hot hot and there’s no room to get out of the way. This needs attention
