10.0Vom Besitzer angefangen war das gesamte Personal sehr hilfsbereit und engagiert, alles sehr persönlich. Essen in allen Restaurants sehr gut!

Di Relais&Chateaux ha solo il nome
7.0Nel pieno centro di Norcia e colazione da 10 e lode
− La stanza era particolarmente piccola e il bagno oltre ad avere una luce fulminata non aveva la finestra e la ventola era rotta. L’idromassaggio della “spa” aveva l’acqua sporca siamo uscite subito perché faceva impressione. Davanti all’albergo ci sono 3 posteggi per scaricare i bagagli ed erano tutti occupati abbiamo dovuto scaricare in fretta e furia e girare 15 minuti per cercare parcheggio perché la struttura non ne ha uno privato. Per essere parte del gruppo Relais&Chateaux il servizio è mediocre e ci aspettavamo molto di meglio Era meglio un bell’agriturismo nel verde con una bella piscina (pulita)
