− Our first impression upon entering the unit was quite disappointing. Water from the fridge was all over the floor, which clearly showed that the unit was not properly checked before allowing guests to check in. However, after we made a complaint, the cleaner in charge responded quickly and resolved the issue for us, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, there were several other cleanliness and maintenance issues: -The floor was sticky and not properly cleaned -Overall cleanliness of the unit was below expectation (can be better for the value) -Hot water in the toilet was not hot -The soap dispenser was faulty, making it difficult to get soap -The kitchen was dirty, including a very dirty kitchen cloth -Appreciate if we can get a padlock in the future keeping the safety in mind (what if the passcode is compromised?) Overall, the service response was prompt, but the unit’s cleanliness and basic maintenance need serious improvement to meet acceptable standards, thinking in the perspective of a hotel stay for the same cost for us.

− I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests. This is just a friendly reminder, not meant to harm your business, but the toilet area could be cleaned more thoroughly. Some tiles in the hidden areas, such as under the sink, felt a bit slimy and seemed not to be scrubbed properly. When we arrived, the toilet also hadn’t been flushed and there were pee stains on the bowl, which affected our first impression. I believe you are a good host, and with a bit more attention to the cleanliness of these areas, the stay will be even better for future guests.
