9.0We chose this location after deciding at the last minute to include Ghibli Park and Toyota Museum in our trip. We knew it was an adult-only hotel, which made it more interesting. The staff were lovely and accommodating, the hotel has more than the standard facilities and the parking is free
very nice hotel with polite and helpful staff . the room was great with alll facilities working well . I will stay here
8.0once understanding Japanese confidentiality in such a hotel it is easy to go around . basic Japanese language will make your stay much easier , but is not required .
