1.0− Cockroches, leaking air-conditioner. Landlord says they are bettles and anything wrong in the apartment like broken TV is my fault. The tube went on the tv, and landlord says its only 1 years old. The landlord isnt honest I don't recommend this place.

1.0Close to the beach and nice size apartment.
− When we first entered the apartment there were cockroches all over the floor. The air conditioner was leaking and the shower was not attached to the wall. The tv didn't work. The tube went on the tv. The landlord try to claim the cockroches were bettles, and he try to say i broke things in the apartment that were already broke. Hes a con artist and I don't remind this place.
