8.0Perfekte Lage, nur wenige 100 Meter zur Waterfront, Canada Place, Stanley Park usw.
− Die Lamellen-Vorhänge waren sehr staubig, teilweise verschmutzt und haben die Wohnung überhaupt nicht abgedunkelt. Die Wohnung war insgesamt sehr sauber, nur die Fugen an der Badewanne waren leicht verschimmelt.
