6.0Der Ausblick war sensationell,direkt aufs Meer und die Lage in der Nähe von Bajamar und Punta de Hidalgo ist top. Parkplatz war direkt vor der Tür
− Es gab keinen Heizstrahler, was bei den kühlen Temperaturen im Winter und feuchtem Klima sehr empfehlenswert wäre. Außerdem schimmelte es in den Räumen. Die Dusche war extrem klein und die Duschkopfhalterung fiel dauernd hinunter.
Grandiose Aussicht, aber schimmelig.
7.0Die Aussicht auf die hohen Wellen war einmalig. Bajamar ist sehr angenehm
− Das Schimmelproblem siehe ältere Kritiken wurde nicht beseitigt und ist sichtbar und riechbar. In der Außenanlage gibt es keine Sitzmöglichkeiten.

8.0La superbe vue et l’appartement très confortable et pratique à vivre. Les lits très confortables également, l’emplacement pratique pour rejoindre bajamar. Les produits de base dispos pour tout (huile, lessive, etc.) L’équipement de l'appartement
− Le problème d’humidité dans la chambre du fond (odeur et mur manifestement dégradé). L’horaire d’arrivée super tardive (16h alors que le check out est à 10h!) On entend le bruit de la route.
Całe osiedle i mieszkanie są stare i dość zniszczone. Firma wynajmująca fatalna. A grzyb na scianach i odpadajace klamki

− Grzyb na ścianach, brudne meble, odpadające klamki, zatrzaskujące się drzwi wejściowe. Hałas w nocy z ulicy. Prysznic.
