10.0La ubicación es perfecta. Desde el balcón se ve la cúpula de la Sagrada Familia. El edificio es antiguo ( ascensor medio sucio y con feo olor ). Departamento renovado muy lindo
− No habia calentador de agua. Solo cafetera bolturno. Pocos vasos. Tuve que pagar $20 /dia de impuestos y $ 30 a alguien para que me entregue la llave ( si era hasta las 20 hs ). Si era después eran $ 50( gastos que desconocia antes de la reserva )

− Getting the keys was either you pay an extra Euros for them to meet you with the keys or pick up the keys from their office which is about a 30 minute walk. I dont think that was on the ad. I'll call that a scam.
I would recommend it, probably I’ll go back myself.
9.0Location was excellent, central with loads of restaurants around. The issue with had with the electricity they solved pretty quickly.
− Some wall sockets and lights had issues, also a power cut. As a matter of fact it got solved next day.

Getting into the property: Monday to Friday, between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. for EUR 25.
