− - Floors had not been cleaned. - Main bedroom did not have blackout curtains by any means.

9.0The property is in a brilliant location with a 5 minute walk into town. We have stayed here twice now and would definitely return again.

4.0Nice location, spa is quite good
− Rooms are extremely hot with no way to cool them down. Too hot to sleep comfortably. Despite this we didn’t have hot water for a shower on one morning. Food from the bar is not great and over priced. Breakfast is a little limited for the price they charge. It is also quite noisy at night between cars coming and going and other guests.

− A little disappointed that there were no extras in the house. For example no shower gel or a good supply of toilet rolls. Most places I’ve stayed in has a welcome pack but there was nothing.
