Very nice apartment well located for Rome sites.
9.0This is a lovely well equipped apartment in an excellent, quiet location about 10 minutes walk to the Spanish Steps. There are restaurants and small grocery nearby. Bed in bedroom comfortable. Nice to have 1 and 1/2 baths. Host recommended restaurants and helped to schedule taxi to airport upon departure. Hosts available for any questions or problems.
− Check in software was difficult to use though host was available by WhatsApp to help. Start your check-in process at least a day or 2 in advance to avoid stress and work through any issues. Same software used for access and again, it is awkward and didn't always seem to work well. Thank goodness, host met us and showed us how to use app, keys and codes! Make sure you test your access to all doors upon check-in so you don't have trouble later. Sofa bed comfort just okay.

10.0Fantastic location and Elizabeth was so kind and helpful. The apartment is beautiful and the windows face an inner courtyard, so it was quiet.
− The sofa bed was average, but keep in mind that sofa beds are rarely super comfortable. The bed in the bedroom was great. Getting access to the electronic door lock code was a little complicated but once Elizabeth helped and I took a screen shot of the code, we had no trouble.

10.0The location was excellent. Elizabeth was very kind for us. Elizabeth made things easier for us in many ways. The suggestions she gave were great. Our family felt at home. I am sure we will want to holiday here again.

10.0Elizabeth is a great hostess. She provided us all the information needed for our stay. The apartment is in great location .We didn't even use the metro. We just walked to all famous attractions. The apartment is very clean and fully equipped. Due to our late flight, Elizabeth let us stay longer than arranged.. We are so grateful!!! If we had to choose again it would definitely be "Elizabeth's Place".

The air conditioning is condominium and not private. The system operates continuously from 8:00am in the morning to 1:00am the following morning. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
