Property was able to accommodate my family of eight perfectly.Its really spacious, and has an amazing view. The property is on the outskirts of the city, but not too far from it. We actually loved this because it was peaceful and gave us some privacy.It also gave us some amazing views of the whole city.

− The property needs a few fixes here and there but nothing major.

The property is pretty nice, great view , nice balconies.

− The 4 levels were not advertised , from the front door you need to go up 7 steps to two rooms and two bathrooms or down 7 other steps to get to one room and one bathroom and then down another 7-8 steps to get to the other room, that’s all fine if your able to get around, it’s a nice place , but I told them on the application they have you fill out I was bringing my 87 year old mom with us, he never mentioned the stairs at all nor does booking.com, but you have to be approved and pay up front , we had to check out out one night and take my mom to a hotel and so the house set empty after paying $672 for two nights , I messaged the owner , but all he said was we will make some changes to our description, also there are no hand rails in the stair ways to assist going up and down , definitely a disappointment when we seen all the stairs , my mom walks on a walker and was not able to see the view or enjoy the house at all. We were able to get her through the garage after moving a couch around and getting past two cars that were parked in the garage, only to a bedroom with no tv and no view , there was a bathroom on the floor. Who wants to sit in a room and stare at the walls after traveling 7 hours to get there . Very disappointed with the attitude of the owner as well, he has a care free I got your money so whatever attitude , be careful renting this place, he was very adamant about paying the full price to book it with no refund , now I know why !!

City Lights at Night

The house is a charming old San Diego Spanish style home. The wall to wall windows open up to a patio that overlooks the city. You can see the bay in the distance and the city lights at night. We loved the beautiful outside gardens. The house fit our family of 10 comfortably. The furnishings are last century, which added to its uniqueness. It seems like the bathrooms have been updated. I have bad knees but was able to access the upper levels easily because of the gentle slope of the stairs.

− The downstairs king bed was uncomfortable and the room was cold. The air conditioner/heaters did not work on heat. The kitchen is extremely sparse with not enough plates, only stemware for glasses, which were not kid friendly, and the pans were in terrible shape. Fortnately, there is a heavy cast iron skillet. We left a few plastic cups and paper plates. Only one rag was available. We had to boil water to get it hot enough to wash dishes with.

Unbelievable view, comfortable beds, beautiful home.
