7.0The property itself was good with great facilities. Had no issues working the spa or sauna. Did not use the pool.
− Although the host was incredibly accommodating and helpful and the facilities were very good, unfortunately the house was very dirty. Toilet and bathroom were clean however kitchen utensils and sponges etc were very unpleasant and unclean. I felt like I couldn’t re-wash any dishes by hand because the sponge was so foul and there was not another sponge available. A lot of hair, dust and crumbs in the centre of the fold down lounges.
Ok location. Feel a bit miffed that they waited until check in to tell us the spa was not available

− Property waited until check in time to let us know the spa was not available. They advertise the property as resort style and we chose it for the spa . Really disappointed

7.0Good area for the dog and close to Hospital and shops
− The air fryer was dirty. The oven was dirty and there was a bag of old rubbish left under the sink not well cleaned. Should sack his cleaners.

I had high hopes but was disappointed.
6.0The location was ok, I enjoyed the spa and the pool but the wobbly pavers didn't impress me nor did the dirty outside entertaining area out the back.
− The property needs some work as it is does not compare well with other 5 star-rated properties where I have stayed. There were some maintenance issues that needed to be attended to. The property was a bit shabby and tired-looking. We couldn't get the lights to work in either the pool or the sauna. Ripped fly screen, crumpled bed linen and where was the WI-FI?
