6.0L'amplitut de la casa, la ubicació I la privacitat. Diversitat d'espais
− La conservación en general. Mobiliari antiquat. Ho vam formar tot abans de seure a qualsevol sofà perquè feia angúnia. Interior de calaixos bruts. Vam demanar perxes perquè no n'hi havia més de 1 per habitació (ens van servir) Els calaixos de la cuina estaven força bruts i els coberts intocables de enganxosos. Distribució pèssima dels lavabos i en força mal estat alguna dutxa i les griferies. La piscina requereix una mà de pintura o reforma i els jardins estan deixats i seguint el criteri de deixadesa de la resta de la casa. En definitiva una casa amb un potencial meravellós, que podria ser un 10 i que no passa del 5 perquè sembla que ningú no la gestiona. Envien gent amb molt bona voluntat a netejar en temps rècord i ningú sembla que revisi gaire cosa. Bombetes que falten, que no hi son, una de cada pare i de cada mare. En fi, li vam posar molt bona voluntat per no marxar només arribar. Ens sap greu però com insistiu en que valorem, ho fem.
