− The linen needs updating and some of the walls need to be cleaned but I did communicate it to Ryan.

10.0The apartment was very nice.
− That the cleaners Flat out Lied to the owner, saying we left the property in a state! The audacity… We were so mad but sorted it out with the owner. Everything (except for breakfast dishes) was left in place. Used Towels in the bath, blankets neatly on each bed as we check every room before leaving. Lounge pillows everything on its place!!! I left butter, jam, eggs, juice and other things in the fridge - but other than that nothing was there that should not have been and I only left it thinking maybe someone will take it as it was practically full… but we didn’t want to drive to CPt with the items. Anyway it was sorted, but rather take pictures when you leave because the cleaning staff here think you have to do their job!
